Coronavirus Statement

Update 3-23-22:

At Elm Crest, we are encouraged by the positive changes taking place in our community and the declining number of COVID-19 cases.

As changes take place, please be aware we must continue to follow many existing COVID-19 related protocols and guidelines set by Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), along with State and local departments of health.

Visitation:

In an effort to best limit health risks for residents and staff members, friends and family visiting loved ones in our community are required to be screened and wear a face mask.

Should new directives be implemented, we will update our website with new information. For specific COVID-19 related information and updates, we will be contacting residents and their representatives directly.

If you have any questions about the ongoing COVID-19 protocols, please feel free to contact the community and we will be happy to answer your questions.
